Wish I could tell you that it was easy but it wasn't. We were referred to help this lady in unfortunate circumstances. We received the call almost at 4:00 pm, she needed help as you can imagine asap. Not sure how long her stuff was out but the wet clothes and items reflected the dreary wet and cold day.
