Had a great opportunity to be involved with this home soon to hit the real estate market.
Here we are replacing wood, and in many instances recycling the nice cedar wood pieces that only had bad ends. The railing system was lose so we replaced many of the 4x4 posts, replaced some steps, added lots of metal joist brackets (Simpson Strong-Ties) and more.
We also ended up pressure washing & staining the entire massive deck. It looked good. All in one day...just kidding.
