EAST COBB: Most of our business is referral business, but it's always exciting to get one because it means a lot to be referred out.
Here's a cute little kitchen (we actually remodeled the entire condo but we're posting it per category to better show case our efforts) remodel in East Cobb - 30068
I don't want to spoil it but what we did was pretty cool.
We tore it all out and then some....
Yup, there were too many walls...the client wanted them gone.
And we did what they wanted.
We painted, added some recessed lights, with new smooth ceilings, installed the cabinets and the island. Even installed two electrical outlets for the island.
We made the island from the three cabinets, installed some bead board, new appliances and the floors. The subfloors rerquired a lot of work...see our floor post for the property.
We also installed two pendulum lights (the only thing we don't do is install granite counter tops - we sub it out to Legacy Granite)
Here's the before from a different angle. It was nice but it felt like a New Orleans shot-gun home to get from the living to the deck....as you can see there's no furniture under the chandelier.
Openness is goodness often times...
