<--The homeowners wanted the bench seating removed for safety (the little ones)

The after - notice the bottom rail 2x4's are behind the balusters. This way the little ones can't step up on the rails. :)

The homeowner wanted a 4 season sunroom. We replaced the decking but first we installed a roof covering system to maximize head room underneath.

We installed plywood then other substrates just like on a roof.

A nice view....

This is the old look...screen in rotted patio.

The transformation...four windows will give the room ample sunshine

We finished it off just like the exterior of the home...

It's now painted but the rest of the home was so faded. Hopefully we'll win the paint bid.

The Before..it was all rotted

The posts you see were eliminated which gave us more living space.

In the works....

The finished product....at the end the homeowner asked for a small roof cover above the door.

A view from inside....

We do lots and lots of drywall work....the flooring is tile.

We trimmed out the windows, painted and more...

A view from the entrance door...

No time for home staging

This is what the framing looks like...we removed siding from the dwelling walls, and insulated the heck out of the room.

Electrical outlets and more....

We had some delays with the windows but I have to say the homeowner rose above it.
